If you ordered the wrong manual download then we will send you the correct model via e-mail

Return Policy
PRINTED MANUALS & CDROMS

If you received a printed manual and there was an error made by our company or damage happened during shipping, we will replace the manual at no charge to you!

We do offer refunds for returned printed manuals under the following situations:

· You wanted to cancel your order after it was already shipped.

· If you order too many copies of your manual

· Ordered the wrong type of manual (or exchange for correct)

· Ordered the wrong size of manual (or exchange for correct)

These above 4 reasons will give you a refund of the order once it has been received by us, minus the following charges: a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost paid by us to ship your order the first time.

Returns require a RMA# to be displayed. Contact us to request a RMA# by going to:

We will reply with what Address to send it back to and what your RMA# is.Any printed manual shipped back to us without a RMA# on the label will not be received by us.Any order marked RETURN TO SENDER will not be accepted by our company.

Refunds are issued for DOWNLOAD MANUALS only in the following cases: Duplicated order ( you ordered more than one ), to request a refund for a duplicated order Contact the Service Department Here

If you have any problems downloading your order we will insure you are given access to a working PDF file of the manual.

SHIPPING POLICY
Did your order cost $3-$5? The shipping policy does not apply to you, as you ordered the download version of the manual. Printed Manuals Cost $14 & $9 (for upgrades) + Shipping If you meant to order a printed manual but only paid $3-$5, this means that you made a mistake when you placed your order, however you can upgrade now to the a PRINTED MANUAL and only pay the difference of $9 by going here

How Long Does it take to get your Printed Manual?
If you place your order for a printed manual by 10am on a business day (monday-friday) it will be shipped on that business day in most cases, with the following exceptions: we do not ship on Wednesdays, if there was a problem with the shipping address you sent us, mechanical error with printing equipment, legal holidays in the US, and related events beyond our control.
We are not able to make any guarantee to delivery times as USPS DOES NOT MAKE ANY GUARANTEE on the time it takes to delivery a package. If your order has not been received by a reasonable time we will research your order and if it has been over 15 days (20 days outside of the US) since your order was shipped, we will reship your order.

CD-ROM orders are shipped twice a week via First Class Mail.

After we ship your manual, then it takes about this long for USPS to Deliver them.
